Return / Exchange / Refund
Please read through our Return Policy to understand our return procedures and make sure whether your item is eligible for return or not.
You can claim an item(s) to return with in 7 days after it's delivered to you. It means if the item(s) was delivered e.g. on the 1st of the month, you can initiate and claim and request to return it till 7th of the same month after that your request will be not be entertained.
Acceptable Condition of Item(s):
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. Please Do not put any tape or stickers on the manufacturers box.
HOW TO RETURN?
A request can be initiated by calling our Customer Assistance at 0320-(AJOOBA1) 2566221 available from Monday to Saturday (10:00AM - 7:00PM), only if the item you wish to return meets the following criteria.
It's simple, just follow the steps;
- Return request has to be in the Claim period of 7 days.
- Call Ajooba.pk Customer Assistance Number to request a return.
- Fill out the return form and follow the instructions provided by Ajooba Represenatative.
- Pack item(s) as delivered as per the "Acceptable Condition of item(s)" clause.
- Arrange to return the product by a reliable logistic service.
After the receipt of the item(s) at Ajooba facility:
- Your returned item will be Quality Checked.
- If validated and Quality Check passes, you will be intimated and asked for exchange or refund against the item.
An item can be return if it does not belong to one of the following restricted categories. (These categories are restricted from returns owing to certain business, health or hygiene reasons).
- All types of Cosmetics
- Skin-care or hair-care product(s)
- Innerwears or Swimwears
- Perfumes and Fragrances
- Product(s) on Sale
How long does a refund takes?
A full refund is processed with in;
- Bank transfer or cheque: 1-3 business days post quality check
- Credit card reversal: 1-3 business days post quality check
If my returned product(s) is not validated for return, how am I informed?
If your return does not meet the Quality Check criteria, then we will call you to explain the issue and send the item(s) back to you. We will arrange the delivery of the item.
Note: We will make 2 attempts to return the product to you. Please make sure to be available for a scheduled delivery.
